For years now we get commercials on the telly and radio with scolding women and stupid kitty (yes I know) whipped men. I am tired of this down with men abuse and am just as tired of the implication that I must be a whip cracking shrew.

How about you?

I thought it was funded by divorce lawyers.

Commercials for pain relief have annoying flashing lights, and sounds meant to kill.

Unwanted Husband Syndrome? Try Rat-X, and Speedy Bob's Crematorium, two for one special offer!

At least no one would treat a dog that way. That would get complaints!

Real men watch four wheel drive commercials, always excaping into the mountains, beyond the roads, they are always alone, and going fast.

Girls! Creepy Bratz comes with her own Crack Pipe!

I think we will be the first culture to fall to commercials.

Tired of meaningless life, try the New Improved Religion, now with Water Slides!

I am looking for a burro, one seeking a lasting relationship in nature.

I have no clue what you're talking about. But commercials are far worse in the Summer.

You two? Egads, finally someone says exactly what I've been thinking! I hate always seeing men as the idiots, and the women doing things men could never get away with. :x

YES!! !! Not just commercials, but movies and music as well (Beyonce, anyone?). I'm sick of hearing about what pigs and morons men are, and I think it's disgusting that boys are being conditioned to just put up with it. Women have fought not to be degraded and condescended to; everyone should give the respect they expect to receive. Yes, men still degrade and condescend to women, and shows like "The Man Show" (which I actually like) can be offensive and objectify women, but there is always a feminist outcry against such shows.
Where is the masculinist outcry against commercials and such that are demeaning to men? \\

I would never speak to my fiance the way those women talk to their partners, and quite frankly I wouldn't want the sort of man who would put up with it.

I'm sick of this blasted feminist movement. What if a woman just wants to be a house wife?

I do want to be a housewife, very much. And people give me crap about it all the time.

I hate those commercials, too. I don't like the example that they set for young people. You see this on sitcoms, too. Big, stupid guy paired with girl who is always right (or guy who is always right paired with witchy woman who spoils all his fun). People grow up thinking that it's acceptable to bicker and put their partners down.

So do I.
Though maybe after I go to college.

Yes, it angers me too when commericals and TV shows make men look like idiots. I can't stand it!
