There's an anime australian forum in the links, you could ask there.
Where are you?

Murray Bridge, SA. And I'd rather not join another forum.

Plus I don't like anime...

Electronics Boutique - lots in Sydney and other states.

Other than that, you'd have to go to SciFi bookshops - like Galaxy in Sydney.

You could order stuff from them but I'd expect you'd want to look at it first.

Ashleigh,

Maybe contact these guys The Adelaide Sci-Fi/Fantasy Meetup Group (http://scifi.meetup.com/362/.

They'd have to be a bit "local" and might be able to point you towards something in your area.

join, you don't have to be active member there. Just ask if does anyone know where can you get figurines/figures in Murray Bridge, SA, and that's it.

I know this sounds dumb, but SAVE. Don't buy junk food, eat at home. Save for one month, two months, and you'll be able to afford it.

Sorry Ashleigh, I didn't see the age 18 part.

There's an online list of Australian Anime shops in Adelaide
I know you're not really into Anime but usually the Anime/Comics/Sci-Fi/Fantasy shops all carry the same variations on things.

The figurines are usually pretty expensive though. Galaxy in Sydney have some amazing $500 things.

My geography sucks - does your mum ever take you to Adelaide or is that a fair distance away?

I can't see how there'd be any comic type shops in Murray Bridge since it's too small a town.
