I don't think the MIB really exists, but if they do, they are completely different from what they are like in the movies. Although they do protect Earth from "the scum of the universe", some people think they are aliens masquerading as humans.

Not to split hairs, but do you mean the movie version, or what people have reported seeing? I've been fascinated with UFOs since the 60's, and MIB are a part of the sightings. Now, if you mean have people reported being visited by MIBs, then the answer is yes. If you mean do they protect us from aliens like in the movies, then the answer is no. Check out the book "The Mothman Chronicles" by Keel. People who saw Mothman were visited by some very odd MIBs.

The Men In Black are aliens who secretly control all important decisions on Earth while holding humans in contempt. I think Wayne and his family have to stop them from destroying the Earth or maybe just all of the humans.

I meant to say who people have encountered since the 1960s.

I've never met any MIB, but once in traffic I looked over at the car next to me ( a habit I have) and saw two men in white shirt and tie, and sunglasses who stared straight ahead, and never said one word to another. Struck me as very odd, most chaps are looking around at the ladies, and making comments.
