This is why I hate my job.

This guy, who first off had a really soft voice and I had to ask him like 3 times to repeat himself every time, he ordered a thing of nachos. He was carrying his baby girl. I set the nachos on the counter, I go to get his popcorn, and he tried to say his daughter burned her hand on the cheese. Now she wasn't even crying, nor was her hand red. After I get his popcorn he puts one of his own hairs (i dont have black hair) in the popcorn, and then complains to the manager. The manager is stupid enough to give him his entire meal free!

He yells at me and swears at me for a bunch of reasons I don't understand.

We fill out an "accident report" for his daughter, who appeared to have absolutely nothing wrong with her in anyway as a result of "dipping her hand in cheese."

If you guys go to see a movie, please, don't yell at the concession people. We all hate our jobs enough. :P

that man should have been removed from the theatre by security personnel... that man made several violations... and also created a health risk my placing his hair into the popcorn... her daughters hand into the cheese bin... the entire cheese bin needed to be replaced probably... so that produces a legal risk... hence the man has broken the law...

When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

It was actually just his own bucket of popcorn and order of nachos.

He tried to say it was my fault, too. Probably trying to scam us.

I worked in concessions when I was 18 and yes I would have just complained to the manager that the customer was being ridiculous and that could you please escort him out? But seriously it was not your fault some people are just dumb

I read a quote somewhere, it said, "God must love stupid people. He made so many of them!" I tend to agree.
