There was a person at my school who had the exact same thing happen to him!

The 6th grade teacher gave me 500$ one day, and she said it was because she loved me.

I live in seattle.

In grade 5 we had a different subsitute teacher everyday, the regular teacher had cancer.

There was only 1 other guy at my school that I knew of that had AS, but he was absolutely out of his mind, he would walk around the school looking at the floor, singing songs from the child's TV show Veggie Tales, and if you put a scary book in his face he'd freak out. People would put the goosebumps books in his face all the time and he would cry.

I started talking to him. He wasn't even that bad of a person but he ended up switching schools.

Me and my AS friend met in the resource roomwhere we were hanging out at lunchtime. We then met again in the hospital's social skills class! When he walked in the door, the new kid in the group, in his Lakeside uniform (I had changed out of mine), I recognized him by his uniform and then by his face, and he recognized me.

In grade 10 I took a class called "Chess" but the only people who played chess were the teacher, a severely autistic guy and me. Everyone else signed up for the class because they didn't want to take a difficult course, and just hung around.

I wanna go to that school to make up my credit!

I think I threw up in class in grade 1 once... I don't know if I did or if something else sent me home sick early; maybe it's a memory I repressed due to embarrassment...

i went to one school where smoking was not allowed and i met all the best people by finding the safe hiding spots in the woods and spending time with the other fugitive smokers. i've always preferred the company of outlaws.

I once had a subsitute teacher answer her cell phone in the middle of her reading a book to us, and she made dinner plans.

Flakeside got money from the board and they used it to repaint when they really didn't need to; they could have gotten other stuff like stuff the kids could use. :D

My last face-to-face school was an R-12 (reception to grade 12) school. It was divided into Junior school (R-5) Middle school (6-9) and Senior school (10-12).
I was in the special ed class from grades 2 to 7.

I've gone to the same k-12 school all my life.

It's all combined into 1 school.

My primary school doesn't exist now because there's gymnasium founded after a reform of education instead. The students learn in the building where my primary school used to be.
