Smallest House

Found this while searching for property sales.....

So anyone interested in playing? Who has seen a smaller house? I'd be interested in having a look at more....

There used to be a tiny little house in a laneway somewhere in the Bloor & Bathurst district, but I'd be surprised if it hasn't been demolished to make way for townhouses.

Nah. 'Tis my whole house. I don't know how to post a pic but will see shat I can do. I am an architect and so designed it myself and built it with help from friends. It is cozy!

One main room with kitchen and bed and a table and my computer - needed for work. Then a bathroom with toilet and shower.

I have fourteen amps of electric, a propane tank, and a water tank - fifty gallons - in the roof!

I don't have any. But when tomorrow is bright I may see if I can get one or two onto tinypic or something.

Ot is so cozy. Especially when there is snow outside. Like now.

When I was a child, I found my room too bleedin big. So I set up a "room" in a closet. Now I live in a house the size of a good walk in closet!

it is cute. Yellow with a high peaked green steel roof. One door and three windows.

It has a complex electric system with a main bus transfer! I needed that cause of only fourteen amps! And it does have hot and cold water.

Tiny fridge - two door but about eighteen inches square

single basin kitchen sink

microwave

small furnace - needed - northern Arizona gets bloody cold
