I have psycho party animal neighbours (I've sold the house! moving in a few weeks to a small acreage, bye bye neighbours from hell) and they've both had parties, so ugh no.

I hate austrayla day. I hate public holidays. It just gives the boguns more of an excuse to drink.

It's like Les Patterson Day.

I read through the last years of high-school,book in my lap under the table.
But I failed all my subjects.
And last year i did two TAFE courses and an industry training seminar.
The lights were distracting and the seats and the commotion and the daydreaming and the girls and the exhaustion ...etc. :(

Well, it's 7:30 here on australia day. I am consuming a few guinesses. (have had two, plan to have four.)

After I finish here on wrong planet I plan to sit on my veranda and read a text book while listening to the local fireworks that are going off.

But no, no parties. I am, however, wearing the shirt of our nations one day cricketing team. (dark green from last years ODI tri-series)

Australia day has become extremely "flaggy" recently. I can not put my finger on why everyone here has become so flag waving in recent years. It certainly creeps me out.

And it doesn't seem as if it is coming from any noble source. It reeks of tribalism :( As in: My country is better than your country so F**K YOU!

Parties?!
Are you completely out of your mind?

Parties are a form of torture.
