What?

72F isn't very hot at all. That's around the temperature that a/c brings temps down to. That's only 22C - not hot, just a bit warm. It starts getting uncomfortable to sleep when it's closer to 30C at night. (86F) Maybe a little lower than 30C, but 72F/22C is not hot at all really.

Do you sleep with a/c on and temperatures ice cold? :?

I keep my room like an icebox, so I can sleep with a heavy blanket.

I sleep with a 20 lb weighted blanket, a duvet, and fuzzy blankets too.

I have additional fans and air purifiers in my room, and they all chill the air.

i can understand. where i live its usually around 58f at night during the summer. however going through the current heat wave its been alot warmer. at first it was difficult to adjust. however ive gotten a couple of fans and taken to opening the apartment up at night to cool everything down and that is helping. also found a cooling blanket on amazon.

i hope you find a strategy that works for you so you can sleep comfortably.
