I keep having these nightmares that wake me up and I'll start crying. They will be highly depressing and have to do with missed opportunities.

I really enjoy to dream normally but lately I feel that there is a reason I keep having dreams of this magnitude. Any advice with this guys?

My only real suggestion here is to find a good therapist to speak with in order to sort out some of your feelings, figure out what is bothering you. I'm someone who believes that dreams are often meant to teach us something about ourselves and help us improve our lives to some degree.

Well, I'm pretty good at analyzing my dreams as well. I don't think talking to a therapist about it is gonna help, I pretty much know the gist of them, and I couldn't imagine a neo-freudian telling me the hills in my dreams mean I dream about naked women. Forget that Jungian crap.
