I just read 294 Hulk comics!
ANd my BRAIN HURTS!
So I finally "collected them all" and I'm sick of dragging all the boxes everywhere. So before putting them up on eBay I read them.
I had every Punisher apperrance up till a year ago. Every Captain America From his first apperance in Suspense to his death and Most Hulks. Original Swamp thing and new Alan moore up to #100 and annuals.
I read Hulk 200 to the end of Vol 1 and all the annuals ( Iwas missing a couple of annuals) Sad thing is I dont think I'll get much forthem on Ebay.
I still have to read Astonish to 199 of Hulk. I knew I'd nevr fill all those issues in becasue of !st Wolverine.
They have cd roms out containing the whole series for thirty bucks! Still I like the ads and letters pages. And comparing the original Kirby Pencilled Didko inked original Hulk 2 to ANY reprint is nothing!
I wish they would take Wrightsons original pencils and inks and rerelease tham with modern coloring. The ONLY thing I really like about the modern age.
So all I'll have left is Cases of Sherlock Holmes (Beautiful crosshatching artwork) Flaming Carrot ( only Funny book I ever liked) and Marshal Law ( The super hero comic for people who hate superheroes.)
Plus I've really been getting into the old EC reprints. Strange thougth the Crypt and Vault stuff STINKS! Shock! is amazing and from what I hear what they based the Tales HBO show on mostly. I also like Weird Fantasy. Crime is pretty brutal, let me tell you I read Seduction of the Innocent and I read teh Crime comics he was talking about and I agree a comics code needed to be set up. This stuff is BRUTAL! and it was being sold to kids in 1951 right next to Superman and Casper the ghost.
¬_¬ a little bit obsesive

A couple of days before xmas I went through Pitchfork's 100 best videos of 2007, Rolling Stone's 100 best singles of 2007, Rolling Stone's 50 best albums of 2007, AND a list of another 100 latin groups in a spanish website
