Sometimes when lying down, eyes closed, I become ULTRA sensitive to sound, sometimes even related to what sounds I think of, it's weird.

For example, I'm lying down, just resting, eyes closed, and I get that "tired" sensation kick in.. My new IBM computer, made a loud hard drive click sound as it was going to sleep, and my body immediately acted weird..

When the click occured, even though my eyes were closed, my vision flashed, and I heard a short "hum" sound (the hum sound came from my mind, it never actually happened), and my back "moved forward" a little..

It's odd, but it's like the sudden hard drive click of my new compy, caused my nerve system to react.

Has this happened to anyone else?
