Can someone please resize this avatar?

I've had this Locke avatar for a while now so I think it's time for a change. Problem is, the avatar I want is too big. Could someone resize it so that I can use it as an avatar?

It can be resised down to the standard 100 Pixels wide, however it really doesn't look good at that size, and the display text is almost unreadable. PM me with your email, and I'll get it to you at that size.
