This is the biggest I could make it where it would fit within the size limit.

are you trying to learn yourself?

i use ps 7.0, but it might be the same in other versions. in the menu (where file, edit, etc are) - - click on 'image', then image size.
under the 'pixel dimensions' part, make sure both drop-downs are on 'pixels'
then just enter the pixel size you want for one of them [width or height], and the other should automatically adjust to the right amount.
click 'okay'.

download Irfanview, freeware and is about 2MB http://www.irfanview.com/

1.- then just open any pic, press CTRL+R, and put 100 in the wide box
2.- CTRL+S to Save as JPG
3.- enjoy

Irfanview!...dangit, I knew I forgot one.

I use the Gimp. Import the image, then Image, Scale, and enter the numbers you want. You may want to check the 'aspect ratio', because sometimes that will compress the image one way or another...

The Gimp is what I use as well.

Sometimes I have to get Zed to bang on his cage to wake him him up and then I'm all like "Russel, resize this damn image, now"!
