Does anybody with Aspergers get chessed off by the dance music c*** that people listen to while driving their cars? I thinks it awful. I wonder if my sensitivity to noise also plays a part.

Subwoofers suck! I hope the dumb bastards who drive around town subjecting others to the infernal racket that modern pop "music" is, go deaf at 35. They will have earned it.

Yes,
am hate it,
they should go to a club or stay at home if they want to do that, who asked them to force it on anyone else, theyre not doing anyone a favour by playing their pop-rnb,hardcore or whatever it is on max volume and bass.

am do not understand why so many buy the crappiest cheapest falling apart car like a old metro or skoda and then put a powerful sound system in it.
so it doesnt matter if the car breaks down as long as they;ve got their sound system to torture any unfortunate soul who happens to be passing.

their early deafness will be reward for everyone else, maybe it would keep more of that pop fake rnb and hip hop [which sells on how many hummer cars and girls without clothes on appear in their videos] out of the charts as well.

It annoys me to listen to them going down the street, but i have to laugh when the person has a small car and the music is making the car vibrate so bad it shakes from side to side, makes them look like a joke instead of cool.

They make me feel literally nauseas at certain frequencies. I hate them.
My mother recently bought herself a new used car that came with a subwoofer...it annoys the hell out of me and a lot of times I refuse to travel in the car with her because she refuses to shut that thing off.

I think anyone who hates that type of music hates it when people do this. Thank God people don't do that in this area!

I don't know how you guys can even hear the music, all I hear is *BOOOOOOOOOOOMMMM THUMP THUMP...BOOOOOOOOMMMM THUMP THUMP*. With rap music, it sucks because it's just the same thing over and over...with good music, it sucks because the low frequencies completely muffle out everything else and it just ruins it (not to mention the sensory overload).

Worse is when your neighbors are doing it in their house :x

Worse is when your brother is doing it in the other room :x :x

Even worse still is when you're in the car :x :x :x

I have this .. err... curse?... of hearing noises from far away.

I hear people talking at night when they're over a block away and it wakes me up!
My former wife could never hear them.
I'd have to get up and go to the window and wait till the people came into view, then show her just so she knew I wasn't just "hearing voices"

So perhaps you can imagine how much I enjoy these cars and their stereos!
The good thing is that I don't live in that old house anymore that my former wife now owns.
It is on a busy street and many of the windows in the house are really old with loose panes.
When those cars go by you can literally feel the beat.
Where I live, it is SO much quieter :D , although we do get the occasional loud stereo sometimes.

What gets me here is a couple of ladies who walk their dogs by the house around 5am and talk at what I feel is an exceptionally loud volume for that time of morning.
Of course, no one else hears them, so I had to move to another part of the house and now I don't hear them anymore.
The other thing is the Fireman's Hall about half-a-mile up the street.
When there are parties/dances there late on weekend nights, I cannot get that beat out of my head.
I hear it everywhere in the house.

The first time I heard it, I thought it was from a car just up the street.
So I went outside to ask them to turn it down... and kept walking... and kept walking... until I realized the sound was coming from inside the Fireman's Hall.

Like Monk says... "It's a blessing... and a curse!"

Oh, don't get me started on that! I live in a college town, and there's always somebody driving by with their damned sub woofers going! Once, I just dropped my bags, and stuck my fingers in my ears. The person actually turned it down! It was funny. And yes, it's irritating when you can't even hear what the song is, just that awful thumping!

I also hate the loud thumping base! It just hurts so bad...feels like my head will explode. 8O I wish I had a device for disabling sub-woofers. It's be great, especially if the person had no clue why their sub-woofers stopped working. What's the point of going deaf for any type of music? Then again, I am sensitive to all kinds of noise...loud &/or high pitched.
