Churros recipe?

I think Churros are made using a thick pancake batter extruded straight into a deep fryer.

You make a thick batch of pancake batter, extrude it into a deep fryer somehow. Maybe add a drop of vanilla to the batter. And when it's done, sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon on it and you've got yourself a churro.
