I just figured I'd start this thread so that I could have a big old whinge. Not even a whinge. No... ermm... really, I'm just going to ramble on about my silly unrealistic dream for a bit and then give everyone else the chance to do the same...

...Why? Because it's a big dirty cliché.

My Silly Yearning.
I get really carried away wanting an American girlfriend. Deep in my heart, there's a little part of me that's still about 14 and believes that America is just like the movies. She'd have one of those names that sounds totally crazy to me but is entirely normal over the pond like Codie, have some crazy punk haircut and live in a basement or something... I'd go and live over in America and everything would be happy -- I'd drive an old car and work in a record "store" and... yeah!

I got too many idiotic hopes and dreams. One of them is living off the ship of the Black Pearl, I don't know what they'd think of a girl pirat though. Making a living off stolen treasure and getting lost onto a desolate island full of rum and reggae music.

I'd like to wake up in a white abyss full of crabs, I must say... was that the moral of the story? No. Umm... well, you know!

I've had some stupid hopes and dreams, of my own. Everything seems like a stupid hope and dream, to my parents.

My dream to work as a top Kabukicho Host is lost on all who hear it. Started as a fancy and grew into a mission. Apparently I should go get a Uni degree and assimilate with the swarm?? How typical and drab... ! !

My "stupid" dream is to live in a world free of anything modern...go back to being primative, where animals roam all land and humans are the minority. I don't know why but i've had this dream since I was about 9 years old.

My "stupid" hope is to become a surgeon. I know thats unrealistic.

OK, hears another idiotic dream of mine..........being a cabaret dancer with all that jazz.

Ever since I was a little girl, I've wanted to be the person who dresses up like Belle from Beauty and the Beast at Disneyland.

I want a girlfriend

Other than that, I want to be successful with my music. I want to make enough money with it to be able to support myself, and I want to be known by thousands of people. Of course, I want to achieve that by making genuinely artistic music, not by "selling out" and making pop music.

From the practical to the fanciful:

I want to focus hard on my other set of professional skills and work to be self employed again. (Right now I just veg out as soon as I get home from work. )

I want to perform in a concert in front of an audience (preferably one who enjoys the music).

I want a roomy house and enough passive income / savings so that I never have to work again. I would spend my time reading, making music, studying math, programming, etc.

I'd like to relive my youth now that I know more about the way the world works.

I want an Irish lass with deep orange hair and bright green eyes, pale, milky skin and large breasts with perfectly pink nipples and luscious red lips...

not gonna happen.
