My family and I will be boarding the Disney Magic on March 15, 2008 for a seven day cruise.

Has anyone else been on a cruise line?

This will actually be the second Disney Cruise our family has taken. The first one was on the Disney Wonder, during December. It cost my mom $6000. Our whole family got sick and the ship's medical staff informed us that we would be quarantined in our stateroom for the remainder of the cruise...

That wasn't fun. We made a great deal of complaining and ended up receiving a partial refund of $1300. It was in credit, of course, so we have to take another cruise in order to use it... And we get to pay another $5000 in the process.

I was going to type that out why I avoid cruise liners x but I thought I would not lol as its meant to be bad luck...

I have been to Walt Disney World Florida but not on a Cruise Line

I went to Key West and Cozumel on Royal Caribbean. It was my best vacation ever.

We went on a 7 day Princess cruise a couple years ago, it was fun. Despite the fact thay I'm not crazy about being "trapped" on a boat.
We didn't really take advantage of all that was offered, mostly just hung out. A bit stressful because I worry about details, but still fun.

Whats offered? is there any kind of accomandations for autistics on cruiselines? does anybody know?

I'm back. It was a fun cruise. I caught a bad cold just before I left home, so I couldn't taste much of the food during the first few days of the cruise, and I was coughing an awful lot, but at least they didn't shut me in my room this time
