Olive Oil as a dressing

Do you like Olive Oil as a dressing on your salad?

If I'd known you were coming I'd have baked French fries, baked French fries, baked French fries. If I'd known you were coming I'd have baked you French fries in good old olive oil. And put olive oil as dressing on them too - to fill you with omega 3!

I have never done it but why not. I think it would be nicer tho with a bit of vinegar and soem herbs rather than plain olive oil :)
