One of my earliest memories was eatting dead flies off the window sil. Then I can remember puking up on the sleeve of my little woolen jersey.

I never again ate any more dead flies, I learned my lesson well!!

The nastiest thing I've ever eaten was this disgusting piece of meat loaf back when I was in daycare. Everyone else at the table thought it was great, but it seemed extremely off to me. I ended up throwing it up ten minutes later. I wasn't sick; I just really hated that nasty meat loaf.

A salteen cracker that sat for four years in an open packege. Mind you, this was desert like country where dust piled on furniture in at least half a weeks time. The size that has four pieces in one. I cried about how grose it was and still kept eating it for some amasingly strange reason that I just can't figure out to this day.

It was so horrible, nothing I had or even seen after that beat it. Eventualy my dad took it out of my hands. Yep, even five times worse than the screwed up Gumbo my mother made that caused me to vomit. Hahah! Ugh, just thinking of that cracker makes my tummy feel weak, and I was three or so when it happened.

I'm glad I never tried the flies. :)

Something called a cheese a leek bake. It tasted like cat vomit. (Not that I've ever actually eaten cat vomit...)

I once planned to eat a couple of locusts as an experiment, back when I had a pet lizard. But I chickened out.

bleahht. I tried eating a fried fish eye once. I dont know what made it more disgusting, the texture or the little round hard thingie in the middle of it. I didnt go back for the other one. Crawfish brains, which are surprisingly tasty. and as a kid, i tried dogfood, because i wanted to know what it tasted like. My mom quoted me as saying 'needs salt'.

My uncles homemade Sauerbraten many years ago, and a close runnerup would me some kind of nasty pickled salad he made a few years later. The thing about the Sauerbraten is on that occasion it was a family get together at his house and we spent all day there, so we were smelling it cook the whole time and it smelled really really good, so by the time it was time to eat it I was starving and ready for beefy goodness. It tasted like beefy goodness marinated in vomit.

During the HS trip to Europe. We had some crape like thing filled with pig intestine and some sort of nasty cheese. I tried a bite or two and slid it onto my brother's plate without him seeing. Tasted horrible. i could eat the crape part, just not the intestine and cheese ( this was like gangrenous toe cheese)

Whenever I had fried whole rainbow trout when I was younger, I would always have it with the head still attached. I used to love scooping out the eyeballs and eating them. Yummy.

Poop. I thought a tiny peice of one of my kid's poops that had fallen onto the floor was a piece of chocolate.

It was on the floor and you still ate it? :o

(I suppose I can't comment - I've eaten sushi from the ground on a train station. Although none of that turned out to be faeces.)

Spoiled Steak-Ums that were god knows how old in the back of the freezer.

I was hungry, fried them up, served them with mustard on bread and wound up getting a nasty case of gastroenteritis.

oh, and my sister's mango squash soup.

Boiled hot dogs. Just thinking about them makes my stomach want to turn inside out and then disintegrate.
