Yeah, I know this should be in the Health section, but it's too slow for my liking :P
I'm really congested, and I can't really think clearly. Most of my other symptoms have gone away with cold medications, but I can't get rid of my blocked up nose!

- Hanging with your head above a bowl of hot steaming water with herbs.
- Using ibuprofen (cures headaches and reduces inflammatory reactions)

What you mean by hanging?
And what kind of herbs would work?

- You take a bowl and put some dried mayweed (Matricaria) in it.
- Then you add cooking water.
- Then you take a dish towel or ordinary towel
- You put your head above the bowl and make a closed space using the towel.
- You inhale the steam with herbs and continue to do this for about 15 minutes
- Sometimes you have to clear your nose
