If I got something big enough to replace it, sure. And by big, I mean time-consuming, since that's basically what the computer's for. I suppose a real job, or whatever.

If I was stranded on an island without a computer, I wouldn't die simply because I didn't had a computer (no food or water might do it).

Yes. In fact, if all our technology suddenly stopped working tomorrow, I would immediately get to work on adjusting my life and moving on. I've read guides about self-sufficiency, survival, and worst-case-scenarios. I've even written up backup plans so that I would have realistic options in the event that societies collapse due to a third world war or some other disaster.

I can't live without my computer. I can't live without the Internet. My precious Internet. I go on the Internet 24 hours a day. I have had computers my whole life starting with the Atari. They made a computer as well as game systems. I started using computers at the age of 1. This was over 20 years ago since I am now 25 years young. I remember when I was your age...the dinosaurs roamed the Earth. I took my pet dinosaur to school.

I could certainly live without computers, but I'd need something to replace it. I used to suffer awful withdrawal when I couldn't use a computer, but I've gotten over it.

Sure. I lived the first twenty years of my life without one, I could and would still live without one. Though I'd miss it a great deal.
