I would be perfect for the first contact between mankind and extraterrestrials!

Yep, there's a good explanation. If an extraterrestrial actually contacts me and tries to speak to me, I would get very uncomfortable and nervous and stressed! The point is... I feel exactly the same way when speaking to terrestrials! So, I actually got the skill to talk to any extraterrestrial race without feeling differently than when I talk to humans!

But if the extra terrestrials' idea of 'contact' is zapping people with their laser eyes, then you're screwed.
