I don't know who said that, but they don't represent everybody on WP. Most of us wouldn't say stuff like that.

Sorry but I don't know what thread that's in. I agree with Ebec though, people can be mean but they don't represent everyone at WP.

You can't apologize to someone you don't know - also, this is from January.

As one of the people responded, WP is a huge forum, and there are always going to be rude people showing up, anywhere. I've had people be really nasty to me here, but I don't blame WP, I just try to stay clear of the really horrible ones.

old thread that,am had replied on it,would defend her if saw the bullying,as it is not right,WP wouldnt be WP without the users,and if are a part of WP,should it not be defended? am do not think most here are nasty,it seems like a bad experience here gave that idea,am have never seen as much bad here as some aff only users say there is.

There's mean people who aren't trolls here. There was somebody who wrote a really horrible PM to Strapples, and I liked him before I heard about the letter. (Just as an example)

I think the person who was mean to her owes her an apology. I think she left this site because of that comment she got from him. So she assumed everyone is like him. Some people are just sensetive and they run over one person.

ya i understand why he got offented but in forums there will always be people like that/trolls so u just try to get over obstacles..never should leave forums just coz of one troller

Well, my first visit to aff was in connection with this thread.

Seems like there was lots of animosity from mostly three people over there concerning WP and Alex

Alex even posted a couple of times there and seems like everyone ignored him.

Cant' say much about people who use the kind of language and comments those few did there.

This illustrates how something that should be taken care of by a few people gets blown out of proportion to where too many people get involved.
I won't comment on the original thread and the two folks involved because of this.

I just thought it was a shame the kind of talk I saw with my first visit to aff.

I did see several good, reasonable comments there to balance the other stuff.

I tend to stay here because of the community feeling I get here.
WP is pretty big, but if you look at the number of members and figure how many are actually banned and how many regularly post unkind things to other posters, it's probably not any more than any other website... proportionately speaking.

I have not been to one website ever that has not had some folks who say unkind things to other people or about other people.
