(as i posted on another forum, and more) The bank in question will remain nameless. Lets just call it "Bad Banking and Co."
Well, let me start from the beginning.
My bank check card stopped working at the gas pump, so i request a new card. Month later, no card. So I put a stop on the card, they never told me it'll stop my current card (which works elsewhere). So now I come to find out they have my address WAY off! They've been sending important documents to some other people in Lake Mary. I've never lived in LM in my whole life, nor even been there. Setup my account in Winter Springs.
So get this, for some reason, the lady on the phone can't fix it, and I actually have to take a lunch break at work to get it fixed, because they close, when I get off of work!
So the biggest question, do I switch banks, or forgive them? I mean, as far as I am concerned, they screwed up BIG time.
This has been apparently happening since 2005 when i setup the account. the lady even wrote down in my envelope, and verified, with the CORRECT address. But get this, it says on my account she then later that day, CHANGED it.
My worry about changing banks or to a new account, is losing my Campus Edge Checking, which is essentially the same as regular, but without the monthly fee. I recently got out of my tech college, and it'll self expire in another 2 years, but i don't want it to be closed out now so soon.
