I like clothes from the '80s and '90s - today's clothes all have dark and subdued colors, but I like all the vibrant colors and neat patterns that were still around when I was growing up. I also like taking part in trends that passed about twenty years ago, because it makes me feel distinct. Among the individual items I want to find are a Members Only Jacket, fingerless gloves, some funky-colored Wayfarers, and some sort of old watch.

I tried looking at thrift stores to find stuff, and they have good prices, but only one that I found carried men's clothes, and from there I only found one shirt in the style I was looking for. Some items in the clearance racks at certain stores were close in style, but not quite what I was looking for. Does anyone know a good way to buy large amounts of used clothing?

Fingerless gloves are considered safety gear, so can be bought at sports equipment stores or cycling supply stores. Even now, I wear them during my workouts.

The kind of watch you're probably looking for was made by a company called Swatch. I'd think one could be found for sale, somewhere online.

Yeah, the Swatch watches I've seen around the internet. Calculator watches, too, if I really wanted to geek out.

And I keep meaning to get a Union Jack shirt from the British import store nearby - colorful, and I'm almost guaranteed I'll be the only one wearing one.

i like wearing spikey bracelets, punk rocker style or like im in some goofy blackmetal band. i also like smokers caps, golf hats, and those black and white shoes that they wore in the 40's or 50's
