If I concentrate I can created waves in my head that I can hear but its not really hearing and its not a recalled memory its something completely different. It is so soothing, and my muscles start to twitch sometimes. When I really need to sleep if I lay down it happens on its own and voids my mind of all thoughts and I go to sleep shortly after it starts. Does anyone have a clue what this is???

Also has anyone ever been able to make a shadow item?? A shadow items is something you intensely imagine and you can feel it?? One time I concentrated and I could almost swear I had angel wings it felt great to bad they were only manifestations on my mind :( would have been fun flying around ^_^.

I'm not sure about the "wave" things in your head.

But I did experience a "shadow item" once: I was approached from behind and felt a hand on my shoulder, and I knew it was Alucard... The feeling was both amazing and frightening.

I am not completely sure what you mean by the waves, but for me, what calms me down which is similar is thinking of numbers. I see/feel numbers in a way that is hard to explain, and it is very comforting.

And for the "shadow item" I have done that on many occasions.

The waves are so hard to describe but its like I hear and almost feel waves rush across the top of my head. They are not physical more like my brain feeling something that can't be there.
