Why is it only McDonald's is repeated twice in succession and the others are not?

I first heard it at an elementary school concert when my little brother was in fifth grade. Later he looked it up on youtube and showed me it.

But the song realy makes me think about the idea people have on fast food and the tricks that they use in marketing. Realy to me it is just some of what is used is actualy condoning a lot of it, like the word chunky and there was something about the taste makeing them want it more.

I've seen that before too! I would've been scared to go to Mcdonalds as a little kid if I saw that thing!
