most often, when I make a typing error, wherever the typo happens to be, the mouse pointer seems to always be over or covering the error

take this line for example:

The quick brown fox jumped over the kazy dog.

The mouse pointer would have been over the k in "kazy" which should be "lazy"

Is that weird or what?

Absolutely not ... My main error tends to be "Accidental double-click" I click or tap once, and my hand or finger does it again. Weird because I've got "detect accidental double-clicks" on

Your problem does tend to be more ironic, AND the fact the K and L are together You gotta do better than that

that was just an example. It could very well have been a period or the number 1.

Maybe your mouse pointer is so arrogant to think is could one day be spell check.
