I have been having some weird dreams lately and this mornings was bizarre at least to me.

I was on holiday in spain with my family and friends, I wandered off and landed at a river or sea or something high up I think I went back in time I jumped over the river landed on a ledge was stuck felt like no way down most have been one as then I am walking on a beach lost. Then I am walking through a city in circles looking for my hotel not being able to talk to anyone, there are lots of big buildings some streets are familiar but not can't focus to remember. Then my friend (one that disappeared out of my life) finds me takes me in a bar I am look disheveled a bloody mess I've been out all day and night missing she takes me into a bar gives me 3 pills I think anti-anxiety I am startled she brings in the press to interview us and they give us a £100 quid. I woke up! This was a dream after my cat woke me early and I went back to sleep often happens like that. Got to say as ever very vivid and real like.

Perhaps, feeling stuck and lost in life?
can not turn back, remorse of missing what could have been.
feeling life has been hard and you do not know what path in life to take next,
or your unsure of the path your now walking.
feeling alone.

Medication made sleep practically impossible last night, but when it came it was hard and fast, and permeated with peculiar snippets of dreams... in one, I was a stonemason building a dam; in another, I was having a long talk with my beloved's ex, for some reason. Another time I was gardening... and most of the dreams started with the motion of getting out of bed - made for a very, very confusing morning.

And yes, I checked - the yard still looks like hell, so I didn't garden in my sleep. ;)
