I've just wanted to wish my Canadian comrades a Happy Thanksgiving. :)

I'm spending mine with my parents.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and all Canadians as well :). I am not going anywhere - I made my turkey with trimmings today. I imagine my aunt will call me with the annual last minute pity invitation tomorrow , but I don't intend on suffering her company (for her idea of a good time is ruining everyone else's), so I am making myself unavailable for any and all last minute invitations coming from that direction.

I made a really good stuffing for my bird - a box of chicken stove top, plus a box of turkey stove top stuffing, and I added walnuts, apples and cranberries. It turned out really well. This year I even made real cranberry sauce, and baked buns, etc. Every once in awhile I get ambitious about cooking, !

I never knew Canada had Thanksgiving on a different day as the U.S. Also, I didn't know that Canada had Thanksgiving at all. Cool, I learned something new today. :chin:

Happy Thanksgiving Canada. :)

Happy Thanksgiving to all of us in Canada, and thanks for the wishes from others! I'm not going to cook a turkey just for me, but I will open a can of filet mignon for the dog.
