sleeping and woken up

Is it ever difficult for any of you to go back to sleep once woken up? It is for me.

It is but i started to drink water when i wake up it helps

If I open my eyes after I wake up, I pretty much can't get back to sleep unless it's in the middle of the night.

Yes, I find it difficult to go back to sleep once woken. I was jarred awake twice this week, once by some church people whose knock I ignored (they left some stupid flyer about a church yard sale stuck in the front door), and again by some political people who littered my front porch with flyers about the upcoming election. Sometimes, I could just maim some people! :x And of course I couldn't go back to sleep afterward.

It depends, if I've been sleeping less than 30 minutes, I can just go right back to sleep.
If I've been sleeping for an hour or more, not a chance.

I always go right back to sleep after being woken up.

My problem is dragging myself out of bed in the morning.
