Your perfect weather

I'm searching for a place that does usually not exceed 20°C/68°F and the air drier than most cold climates. Something like Canada or Scandinavian Countries but I have no idea of an actual area meeting these criteria. I'd like some help searching for it.

With that, what climate would be best for you?

I find about 80 F to be perfect for me. It's not "hot" to me because I used to live in 90 and 100 for much of the year. 80 is lovely, just right. I don't like humidity though.

68 feels chilly to me, or "starting" to be on the chilly side.

In the low 70s with out much humidity.

About 24-26°C/75-79°F, half cloudy, windy, high humidity, with a thunderstorm passing nearby but not quite here.

-A lot of sunshine and heat
-Also a lot of rain, thunderstorms and sometimes strong wind
-No snow
-Cool or cold nights all year round

Probably not a place like that existing on this planet, but that's what I'd like.
