I'm curious to see what others have to say about this. Apparently many people find the sound of trickling water to be relaxing or soothing.

I personally find it irritating like any other repetitive noise. My husband's fishtank is currently low on water and the sound of the water falling from the filter keeps me up at night.
Just wondering what others think.

Same thing here about the aquarium low on water...once it reaches a certain level, it starts irritating me, and I know it's time to top it off.

But once I get used to it, it's weird to have it not there...I usually go to sleep with the aquarium bubbler going and the computer fans humming.

What, no option for "makes me have to pee"?

This has never bothered me. I was never around them 24/7 so that could be why so I can't say if it irritates me or not. But our toilet sounds like an aquarium when we flush it and the handle needs to be jiggled so the tank would fill up. Now that sound is annoying until the handle is jiggled.

Lol I thought of that. I thought it might be a bit distasteful and I didn't want to have a ton of options. You can consider that 'Other' or 'Generally annoying'?

Or I can add one if you want.

No, it's okay. I was just being a smart-ass. It doesn't really bother me, but I was bored and wanted to post something.

I find it kind of interesting, unless I have to do something then it becomes distracting, I can just listen as at times any random noise like a small trickling of water can stimulate a bit of healthy thinking, but not when it is unwanted.

Pleasant; and I like to stare at it and run my hands through it.

OMG I LOVE IT.
At school, in my culinary operations class, I love to do the laundry. Putting my hand in the stream of running warm water feels so nice.
