I learned that some dentists (in my case the orthodontist) use scented gloves.

I learned that it's even harder for me to gain weight than I thought. I ate a can of raviolli, four pop-tarts, and five chicken wings yesterday and I lost a pound...

I didn't learn anything yesterday, but I was reminded of how I always seem to say the wrong thing.

The neighbor down the street and up another street, who is really nice, has his house up for rent, and it looks vacated. :( I suspected he was an aspie, and he had two nice beagles he was always with.

You have my sympathies. I'm trying to regain the weight I lost during a recent illness -- it's a lot harder than most people think.

Yeah, that one with the eyes that rotate inside the head for a 360 degree view. Very cool.

I learned about "PlayStation palmar hidradenitis" a disorder caused by too much Playstation use.

i learned today what the weather would be like in northern sydney on feb 27, 2009.

apart from that, i learned many things. but none of them are relevant to any one else.

i learned (deduced) why there is now always a traffic jam in the woolworths supermarket carpark. it is because the traffic lights on a certain street have been adjusted so they provide less green light time, and therefore many cars choose to go through the side streets that have no lights, and they get on to the main road without any traffic lights to hinder them.
this creates a traffic jam outside the exit of the carpark, and people are just idiots who all clog any hole that is free.

i learned how to resolve an alias that kept interfering with a formulaeic animation that i am now composing for youtube. i learned a number of new ways to use gaussian integers and orbital trapping colorization routines to accompany the progression of my visual formula.
i learned how i should write the music for the flute sound in my accompanying music for that clip.

etc etc etc.... all these things that i discover are only relevant to me.

I learned that I am really tired of this group of friends I'm hanging out with right now. I only like 3 out of the 12, and I'm so freaking frustrated of having to yell to say anything (and get headaches) to the person next to me!
