can anyone give me successions how to get sleep :x its 5am and radiator is banging for some reason so cant sleep im going mental :evil:

celery, warm milk, clenching your fists tight for about five seconds(relieves stress), turkey, you might be hungry, sleep in a different place or position.

ermmm...*researches*

stop watching your clock, do a boring chore, read a boring book standing up, find some earplugs, write out what's on your mind if you feel anxious

trying to listen some music.....maybe that radiator shut's up i should be going scool in hour and havent sleeped because of radiator this is why im going to take some nigth job and sleep by day, i guess i could get my weigth planket to try relax
