People pulling the fire alarm because they don't want to take difficult tests.

Pulling the fire alarm only delays the test, it doesn't get rid of it.

Sounds like a very bad idea, I suspect as well as failing the test the alarm activator might also end up on court on some criminal charge.

back in the day, there was supposedly a substance put on the alarm handles that fluoresced when a UV Lamp was shined on it. Probably one reason I never did that (but didn't stop me from thinking about it...;)

Pull the fire alarm to avoid a test? What a dumb idea. It will just delay it. Besides doesn't that person know what the consequence would be if he did it?

everybody knows now you don't pull a fire alarm to set it off...that's too obvious. You spray something in a smoke detector! :twisted:
