It's called "New World Order." EDIT - Basically a group of people trying to take over the world.
And yes, I am delusional, thank you VERY much, so that can't work as an insult.

"Novus Ordo Seclorum" is the correct name. It means "New Secular Order" - a new government without religious influence or interference. It began in 1776, somewhere in New England... :wink:

Well, a "delusional" doesn't consider himself to be that for one, the "delusional" might think others are.

US 'imperialism' is the current world order, at least that seems to make sense.

Well from what I have heard, many of us have said that we plan to take over the world, well their are probably many groups out their that have a plan to create a new world order. Infact their is, most probably a group out their with that name, and or multiple groups. Though how serious they could be would depend on a number of things like leader statuses, uniforms, colour codes, slogans and of course a logo or crest.
