So you want a "No Risk" adventure. Sorry, no such thing.

Go back to your video games.

I just went on a three day canoe trip down a river... it wasn't very adventurous as such, because lots of people do it, but it was heading in the right direction. You'll want to learn how to live off the land if you really want to have an adventure. Or, as was already suggested, you could join the armed forces - you might not even have to kill anyone.

I think firing a bullet into a Prime Minister might be construed as an act of war, but I could be wrong.

Wanting something that doesn't involve killing someone != wanting a no-risk adventure.

You could always sign up for one of those survival-in-the-wilderness courses. If you can find a reputable one, they are relatively safe and they give you a challenge and teach you how to survive if you ever find yourself lost in the wilderness.

Learn some survival skills and street smarts. Go vagabonding in some other country like Europe, South America or SE Asia. You don't necessarily have to be like a hobo, just accumulate some money and go where the dollar can get you far. Take only what you can carry, stay at hostels, camp out, bum rides, explore around, do whatever and go where ever.
But you'll need to probably have good social skills to get along with others and to get the things you'll need to get by. Otherwise go find a group to travel with who knows how to get by.

I've had thoughts like that myself before.
