Telepathy. Seriously, if you've seen the last episode you realize how lucky the other heroes are to have Matt Parkman on their side.

Being able to read people's minds allows for a large variety of uses. I could legitimately gain a large amount of income by contracting with various law enforcement agencies, and if anyone tries to stop me I can either make them think they killed me or trap them inside their own head, depending on my mood.
