Going to Ireland....what should I see?

hi everyone.

i don't post here very often, but i know there are a lot of you from outside the US. I'm going to Dublin and planning to travel around Ireland for about a week in December. anything you can recommned that i should see while i'm there?

don't bother with Blarney Castle, it's boring and the Blarney Stone doesn't work anyway.

go to Dingle Peninsula, it's completely awesome (and I can give you the details of a restaurant with a great ocean view and the best ice-cream you'll ever taste in your whole life)

Go up to Donegal, a great county of natural beauty and not as popular as the likes of Kerry or Galway.
