Lightning88, I had recently ate some panacakes with blueberries and all along with a small cup of decaf coffee to go along with my meal and all..

A piece of organic rumpsteak from a farm near here, with organic lettuce and tomatoes from farms near here, plus a dressing made with mustard, red-wine vinegar, olive oil, and finely chopped garlic. Followed by an organic yoghurt with organic apricot jam, and a small glass of carrot juice.

I had for dinner : Chinese Shrimp dumplings, Fried Zucchini, Green Salad ( :rabbit: ), Croque-Monsieur with an egg in top of it (A croque-madame to be exact )
And for lunch, I went with my family to Benningan's Tavern and Grill, I ate there a big burger with French fries... :roll:
