In Navy Boot Camp the powdered eggs came out with a green tint sometimes but it wasn't deliberate. I never had the school breakfast like that, but since Dr Suess was such a great writer it sounds like a good idea to me. Happy Birthday Dr. Suess! The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins is my favorite of his books.

When I was in kindergarten, my class had a Green Eggs and Ham day, during which we ate green eggs and ham as the teacher read us the book. We all loved it.

When I was a freshman in high school, my english teacher asked the class what we wanted to do on the last day before winter break. I suggested we do a green eggs and ham day, but nobody else thought it was a good idea. **shrugs shoulders**

What was wrong with your classmates? My high school classmates would have loved that. Heck, my college classmates would have loved it.

St Patrick's Day!! !!

On St Patrick's Day a local bar serves free eggs dyed green with food coloring. The only problem is there's no ham. But if you don't eat ham anyway, it's alright.

We just celebrated his birthday this week with cake. His widow cut the cake.

Yep, have had green eggs and ham (scrambled eggs with food coloring).

I do not like them, Sam I am, I do not like green eggs and ham....
