I get really light-headed?
Is it too much oxygen?
Or less?

I've heard others say that is true. However, I have quit 5 times and it never happened to me.

See, all my life I've had breathing problems, it's like my hypothalamus is busted or something. And since quitting smoking, the controlled breathing once produced by smoking a cigarette is gone now, and I think I am now getting oxygen deprivation. You'd think opposite being that cigarettes are a cancer risk full of bodily pollutants. Guess I should meditate more. Oh well...

Have you ever tried smoking marijuana? I'm not joking, I get bronchitis every year, and now when I get it I smoke a bit, and I completely stop coughing and wheezing and my breathing is perfectly natural and easy. Maybe you should try it?

I've smoked mary jane plenty of times and all I want more from it is another cigarette. I've started smoking pot earlier when you compounded it with a nice "mentholy" cigarette to make the high more intense. I haven't smoked pot in a while too, so, no thanks. Plus it makes my breathing worse for some reason. Pot effects me like an opiate, and I often forget to keep breathing and then all of a sudden I'm hyper-ventilating. So no, can't do that.

No, but I've had those episodes many times before. The light-headedness I'm referring to is more like being high.

Day # 3

Still without cigarette. Let's see how my mood swings will be later on today.
Priority: do not get fired. Even though boss is an imbecile who sits around all day doing nothing and smokes like a chimney.

You should check your blood pressure.

I know smoking can heighten it.
