I just realised that many songs have references to waking up at night. WTF? That makes no sense! Just what is THAT all about, huh? :? :?:

Night is the best time to wake up. I just woke up and it's 6pm. That's night enough, especially on a dark and snowy(?!?! !) day.

What songs were you listening to that had references to waking up at night?

"I wake up every evening with a big smile on my face, and it never feels out of place..." Gives You Hell by All American Rejects

That's just one I can think of now, that wasn't the original example, I forget which one made me think of it.

I think that "waking up at night" is a metaphor for a troubled mind...
