I used to collect dust bunnies but I bought a vacuum cleaner so I'm mainly interested in New York City bridge post cards and Brooklyn Bridge post cards and memorabilia now. I have some of the opening day tokens from 1883 and original articles from magazines of the day regarding it's construction.

These are some of my collection I scanned for Gary for his website.

What do you collect?

I collect knowledge. I just don't have anywhere to store it.

(Did you get it? Huh?)

Books.

Antiques - when I can afford it.

I have a few really old books but they were left to me by an aunt and are more loved for their content then for the age (Although I must admit i enjoy a lot the way old books smell).

I just love old things. My favorites are silverware and art deco jewelry and that's a rather expensive hobby. Old people in my family sometimes offer me this kind of gifts - they are afraid their stuff will be sold by their children when they die and they rather give them to someone that will appreciate and use them.

I have a collection of random crap - whatever I think is cool or unusual.

I used to collect rocks. And then after that I used to collect tiny little horse figurines.

I collect movies, books, video games, and stuffed animals. I also have a pretty big collection of precious moments figurines but they were all bought for me when I was younger and I've never collected them on my own.

Poopylungstuffing, that's an impressive collection of anns and andys. I have a pair from when I was young that are like 2 or 3 feet tall.

I've got a collection of plastic bags. I didn't decide to collect them, but now that I have this accumulation I am rather fond of it and do not wish to be rid of them.

EDIT: Snap, xalepax.

Puffer fish, and anything I can find related to The Mock Turtle, from Alice In Wonderland. I have a hard time finding Mock Turtle items to collect.

I still have my previous collections of rocks, and coins, but I gave my stuffies away, except for a couple of special ones.

Yeah, I keep them in plastic bags too. I wonder what other collection can be stored within itself? Suitcases maybe? Envelopes?
