I see now, i must ahave clicked Sjamaan's 'WWW' instead of mine. It's still early in the morning for me you know.

you should have called it in to your support phone ;]
those guys get tons of hilarious calls. one slovenian i sometimes talk to works in a phone support, and was called about a modem that didnt work.
when told to check the modem, lights, etc, he said it was difficult, cus the modem was installed.
"why is it difficult to check the modem, if it is installed?"
WELL
because the modem was placed high up in a tree.
you know... to catch the signals!
