What am I doing with my life? Not enough.
I've tried & I know that's all anyone can do, but I wish my efforts had me further ahead.

I'm a licensed paraprofessional who makes poverty wages. I am in school, but doing badly. Otherwise, I'm trying to reach out to people and make friends. I made a friend at church. Two actually. I'm focusing on not "waring out my welcome" or making a mess out of these two friendships. That's why I'm trying to keep my mouth shut and not send emails when I want to.

I'm going to the Autism Center Support Group for men like me, tying to understand and make a life out of their asperger's.

Ditto.

I'm hoping a diagnosis (whether AS or whatever else it could be that makes me the way I am) and proper treatment will be the start of a better life.
I'm preparing to go to university in the next 4 months. Going to study cultural anthropology and sociology, which is funny 'cause it's all about interaction/communication between people.

Hopefully this time I'll succeed to reach my goals and not get overwhelmed.

asthma attack? dial 911 and get yourself in an ER, you need a patent airway to live my friend.

Nah, it's just a little bit too hot and stuffy in here. I was just laying on the floor with my head on the air vent with the air conditioner blasting through. I'm breathing better now but I will call 911 if it gets worse.

Thanks for your concern though! :D

nothing, for years.

lately im writing my sci-fi, and i just got a "pretend" job at the science museum. the tasks i do are real, and indeed have significance (i register objects on a database), but i only work a 40% job, and i get no salary, other than the ordinary welfare payment, which is way below the minimum wage.
i like it tho. im learning everything about the history about my city.

Being told by teachers that unless I learn to socialise, I'll amount to naff all, etc. What a load of baloney...
