I have been wondering lately: as American urban areas are, in general, more dispersed and have lower population density than those in Europe or elsewhere in general... do Americans generally have less trouble and trauma from neighbours because of less neighbours per acre to give trouble?

Anyone with experience of, say, both the US and Europe who'd know?

I'm "shy", so I don't really talk to my neighbors... ¬_¬

I don't have any neighbours, so I don't know.

It's not even a farm, it's just one rather big house, and a rather small house, surrounded by forest.
