...A £50 fine for anyone that steals little things, and the reason they did it is because they have no money! :roll:

If you think that's bad, I was reading about homelessness the other day and I read something to the effect of that in an effort to reduce homelessness, many municipalities in the USA have criminalized certain activities associated with homeless sustenance.

I think this is a good idea, as thieving is against the law anyway. If I was going to steal something I'd do it online (it's really easy).

pretty much. i guess its a crime now where i live to be homeless, or as they call it here "illegal camping" inside city limits. you cant even sleep in your car on your own property. you have to be in a building :lol:
