This is why you should always log out of your account when you have children when you are done with the site.

It wasn't ebay for one thing, the other is that I've been in the construction industry for 6 years, and I can say that I know for a fact that there is no such piece of equipment in existence known as a "digger", it was most likely a crawler excavator. I hate it when newspapers try to use easier to understand words rather than the actual words. If they had said "crawler excavator", and shown a picture of it, the readers of the article would actually learn something as well as get the sensation of the story.

This shows kids are smarter than you think. If a 3 year old can buy stuff on eBay, anyone can.

LOL imagine if the digger got delivered to the house and the mum would be like, "WTF? I didn't order no digger!" and the kid would be like, "Cool!"

Agreed. >3<; I hate when they do that too, because what do I do if I want to look into it further? Google "digger?" Pffff. D: It's usually not hard to read a word you don't know and figure out what it probably means from the context. More confidence in readers, plz.

On that subject.. It wasn't even eBay, it was a site called trademe. Not sure why they put a picture of eBay, with the crazy caption:

A photograph of a computer screen showing the website eBay is shown here in Encinitas, California in this recent photo from April 22, 2009.

I thought TradeMe was the name of the seller on ebay.
